You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item if:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please note that items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return or exchange
  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

3. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Exchanges will be shipped immediately after approval and verification of the returned item.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), Cafforia will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for other reasons (for example, you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”
